Leo Stoller is being investigated by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois for perjury. The investigation stems from fraud during his bankruptcy proceeding in that district.

The investigation has led to Mr. Stoller's activities in Arizona, where he also attempted to commit fraud in his brother's (Christopher Stoller) bankruptcy case.

Mr. Stoller is also being investigated for the using a tool of commerce (the Internet) to engage in, and/or perpetuate, fraudulent schemes.

Any person who has knowledge of any unlawful activity that is the subject of federal and/or state investigation regarding Mr. Stoller's alleged fraudulent and other criminal activity is encouraged to contact federal law enforcement officials within their geographic locale.

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
