AEAE-RODNEY PERRY IS RATED THE "WORST" LAWYER IN AMERICA FOR 2010

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-AT THE END OF EACH YEARS SINCE 1974 the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney (AEAE), a Chicago based attorney ethics watch dog group, rates the worst lawyers in the United States. Who will they be this year? With over 1 million people who call themselves lawyers in America, there is "no" shortage of "bad" "mal practicing" and "corrupt" lawyers. In fact there is not a day goes by that some attorney is not charged with a major criminal act or charged with professional misconduct. AEAE will release the names of attorneys who have made the AEAE 2010 list of the most unqulaified attorneys in America. Please stay tuned.
SIDEBAR: This week was extremely busy. Court appearences each day before new judges who who constasntly act like that they do not know what the law is. In fact most judges will not enforce the "law" on behalf of a pro se party, if that party is not aware of his rights or the law that supports his position. Judges in their opinion will not act on behalf of such a unrepresented party nor will they give any legal procedural information. "Let the pro se litigatnt beware!"

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
