What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. I think the interesting question is someone can claim that they are a pauper to avoid filing fees and then pay for a special process server in Washington, DC. I think that the US Attorneys Office will be speaking with your special process server. When was he paid? How much? How was he paid? These questions will be answered by the FBI.
