APPEAL FILED AGAINST ILLINOIS CHANCERY JUDGE WHO DENIED SUBSTITUTION OF JUDGE REQUEST

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-AN ILLINOIS POST DECREE DIVORCE JUDGE DENIED A REQUEST FOR SUBSTITUTION OF JUDGE. The decision was immediately appealed today. In Cook County Illinois court, a party has an automatic right to substitute a judge within the first ten days of that judge entering the case. This particular judge committed error by refusing to recuse herself from the case on the very first day of the case.
In the Lighthouse Financial Case, the Illinois Appellate Court found that the special process server failed to properly serve the Florida Officers of the company and affirmed the lower court . That decision was in error an appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court is being filed. Along with the refiling of a new law suit a against Lighthouse Financial, its officers, directors and the attorneys who represented Lighthouse. The attorneys are now being charged as co-conspirators and aiding and abetting their client in a commission of a tort.

SIDEBAR: Litigation against an evil opponent "never" has to end. Each time the pleadings are redrafted and re filed the knife just getts a little sharper.
As far as considering "litigation" harassment, "tell it to the judge!" Cause it will "never" end! By the way, "what is your name?"
