Chicago-(AEAE) Arizona Realtor Dave CorBidge, Stix Realty Six was charged with a complaint before the Arizona Real Estate Commission for his failure to remove a real estate listing for the property known as 28437 N. 112th Way Scottsdale Arizona 85262-4725. See attached complaint.
Dave CorBidge and his real estate firm Stix Realty Six is listed on the AEAE list is rated with the poorest rating and is on the AEAE list of "not recommended Businesses".
Dave CorBidge refused to answer any phone calls.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
