CHICAGO-(AEAE)-EVERYONG HAS READ THAT BANK OF AMERICA HAS HALTED foreclosures SALES IN ALL 50 U.S. STATES. Bank of America has been charged in numerous law suits with fraud by having “robo-signers” execute phony documents in order to prosecute mortgage foreclosure lawsuits. Bank of America has been charged with engaging in Civil Racketeering in Chicago by Leo Stoller. The Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan procured a 8.2 billion dollar settlement from Bank of American for allegations of deceptive trade practices involving mortgage fraud. Now the chickens have come home to roost. Last week BofA, JPMorgan Chase (BAC) and Ally Financial all postponed foreclosures in 23 states that require a court order to foreclose on a home. BofA’s new move takes effect on Saturday and the bank doesn’t plan to life the moratorium until it completes a review of the documents, The Wall Street Journal reported. Bank of America's law firm Bryan Cave LLP has also been charged in the Chicago law suit with fraud and aiding and abetting Bof A.
