BARINGTON,ILLINOIS (AEAE)- A LAKE COUNTY ILLINOIS COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN AD LITEM, BY JUDGE WINTERS, MARY GRIFFIN http://www.kelleherbuckley.com/griffin.htm IS ATTEMPTING TO GOUGH the estate of a disabled person by filing a excessive fee statement alleging that she is owed over $9000.00 FROM THE ESTATE OF A PERSON THAT IS VALUED AT LESS THAN $500.00. There is a hearing set for Monday in front of Illinois Probate Court Judge Winter in which Mary Griffin will attempt to persuade Judge Winter to award her over $9,000 for doing nothing to assist an alleged disabled person and refusing to assist the party during foreclosure proceedings. Mary Griffin is not recommended by the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics. When a telephone call was placed to Mary Griffin today for her comments she refused to come to the phone.
