WAUKEGAN-ILLINOIS-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS ATTORNEY MARY T. GRIFFIN TESTIFIES UNDER OATH AT A HEARING FOR SUBSTITUTION FOR CAUSE REGARDING JUDGE WINTER. Ms. Griffin stated that she had not contributed to Judge Winter's campaign fund. Ms. Griffin stated that Judge Winter had appointed her as a guardian at litem three times. And that Ms. Griffin has not socialized with Judge Winter out side of the Court Room. The other lawyer who testifies perjured himself and he will be charged with perjury. He is a politician who operates his law practice out side of his elected office in violation of Illinois law. Under oath he lied. If anyone has any information on Mary T. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
