BLACK BIRD DIE OFF DUE TO BLUNT HEAD TRUMA

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN A STUDY JUST RELEASED BY THE NATIONAL OMITHOLOGIST SOCIETY (NOS) found that the thousands of black birds that recently fell from the sky in Arkansas died from blunt force head trauma and neck injuries. What the Arkansas authorities failed to reveal was that these birds were found dead at a Winery. Dr Jacob Birdseye head of NOS stated, “Test on the Birds showed gizzards filled with grape mar, a pulpy residue that is a by product of wine making. The marc, the graps solid remains, came from a local winery. The birds stopped to eat the marc became intoxicated. Took off flying in all directions, crashed into each other and fell to the ground breaking their necks. It was not the alcohol that killed the birds, but flying drunk, then crashing to the ground. Which just goes to show you how dangerous it is for birds to fly while intoxicated.! More and more birds are eating grape marc these days, divorcing and leaving their families. Our study reveals that birds are just becoming more like us.”

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
