CAN JARED LEE LOUGHNER GET A FAIR TRIAL?

CHICAGO-(AEAE)- LOUGHNER IS CHARGED WITH KILLING TUCSON-BASED FEDERAL JUDGE JOHN ROLL AND BABE ZIMMERMANH. Loughner is charged with five counts, including killing federal employees and attempting to blow the brains out of Democratic Rep Gabrielle Giffords, while she was greeting voters at a Tucson shopping mall Saturday. Loughner will also face state of Arizona Murder charges in connection with the massacre, in which six people, including a nine year old girl was murdered. The question is whether Loughner can get a fair trial with all of the pre trial publicity. His attorney Judy Clarke does not think so. She is already moving the case out of Tuscon. Secondly, is Mr. Loughner mentally incompetent? There is no question that Loughner is mentally ill crazy and unfit to stand trial despite his statement in Federal Court stating that he under stands the charges against him, according to a University of Chicago Law Professor. “Everyone knows that Jared Leer Loughner is nuttier than a fruit cake, but there is such a low thrash hold to establish sanity in our courts, such as you have to be breathing, to be tried! The two reasons then why Loughner cannot get a fair trial, too much pretrial publicity. Secondly, Loughner is a nut case. Nonetheless, he will be tried and executed.”

SIDEBAR: No question that this is a great American tragedy for everyone involved, including the parents of this young man. The suffering that they are going through knowing that their deeply disturbed son caused such agony, cannot be measured. Our prays goes to everyone

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law.
