CELL PHONES DO NOT CAUSE BRAIN TUMORS AND CANCER ACCORDING TO NCPA

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL CELL PHONE ASSOCIATION (NCPA) IN A REPORT RELEASED TODAY shows that although over 50% of the 10,000 cell phone users who were tested over the last 10 years came down with serious brain tumors the NCPA said that "the cause of those brain tumors were smoking or secondary smoke, not from using cell phones. However further study is needed. But Cell phones are safe."

Of course cell phones are safe! If they were declared a health hazard, our economy would be seriously damaged.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
