CHICAGO-(AEAE)-STOLLER HAS MOVED “THREE” TIMES FOR THE DISQUALIFICATION OF ILLINOIS CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE MARY ANN MASON ON THE GROUNDS THAT SHE IS BIAS AND PREJUDICE AND STOLLER CANNOT GET A “FAIR” TRIAL IN FRONT OF HER. Yesterday Illinois Bryan Cave LLP, attorneys Steven R. Smith and his “bag man” Michael Werich have filed their usually 100+ page response which in Stoller's opinion is pack filled with misrepresentations of material fact and law in violation of Illinois Rules of Professional Misconduct Rule 3.3(a) www.iardc.org Stoller will file an attorney disciplinary complaint against Steven R. Smith and “bag man” Michael Werich alleging fraud, misrepresentations and violations of ARDC Rules 3.3(a) and 8.4

Fattie keeps making funnies. Fattie thinks he knows what a fact is. Fattie has been banned by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals for perjury. That is a fact. Fattie has been banned twice from appearing in the U.S. District Court. That is a fact. Fattie was referred to the U.S. District attorney for investigation. That is a fact. Fattie went to jail twice last year. That is a fact. Fattie going to go bye-bye again and make boom-boom in his jail cell with a big boy. That is a fact.

No one will settle with you not even to make you go away, not even for nuisance value. You'll never see a dollar much less 1% of anything.

Sorry Leo but you went to far this time. The Trial courts wont give you a fair hearing. The appellate courts wont pay attention to you, The State Supreme Court hates you and even thinking the Supremems would grant a cert petition is absurd.

So you are screwed and we are going to take you all the way on every case you file. We litigate professionally, you don't have a chance so we are happy to go till the point where the last court speaks as you like to say.

At some point we are going to have you put in prison, then i'ts all over for you. As for us we will still be at the country clubs and the yacht clubs and at our winter homes or summer homes enjoying our families and watching our grand children grow.
