CHINA TO PASS NEW LAW TO ALLOW INVOLINTARY ORGAN DONATIONS

CHINA-(AEAE)-OVER THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND CHINESE DIE EVERY DAY IN CHINA FROM ALL CAUSES, MANY FROM THE LACK OF ORGAN DONATIONS. With over 1.3 billion Chinese and many hundreds of thousands needing organ transplants, the Government is passing a law which will allow doctors to declare that a person is “brain dead” in order to harvest their organs more quickly than waiting for that individual to actually die. The supply of organs from condemned prisoners cannot meet the huge demand in China.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
