CHICAGO-(AEAE)-Many readers have been complaining that the comment section has been turned off. Some readers have come to this blog over 1000 times, more times than many people have gone to church.. Others claim that the sole reason for visiting here is to read the “comments” and are disappointed that have been none for the last several days.

The political rhetoric in this country has gotten out of hand. With the killings last Saturday, many talking heads are calling for less vitriol.
It is true that many opponents this blog have a “blood libel” against the writer.
Sarah Paling also used the term “blood libel” this last week in reference to the shootings in Tucson "In 2 words, Palin's effort to address furor stokes it"
As long as the comments now left can be civil the comment section will remain open. Lets see guys and gals if that is possible! The Root: Sarah Palin

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
