SIDEBAR: Intellectual property law is not evenly enforced. It only applies to the poorer party because according to most Federal Judges the harm to the poor owner of the infringed intellectual is not as great as the harm that will be caused to the rich infringer, if the rich infringer is not allowed to continue to infringe the poor parties intellectual property rights. You will not find this doctrine in any law books except right here. http://www.law.com/jsp/cc/PubArticleCC.jsp?id=1202495357025
