MISSOURI-(AEAE)-A FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT JUDGE RULED THAT THE MOVIE HANGOVER PART II could open as scheduled dispite a copyright infringement lawsuit brought by a Tatto Artist to enjoin the film over the clear infringment of a Tattoo warn by one of the lead characters.
SIDEBAR: Intellectual property law is not evenly enforced. It only applies to the poorer party because according to most Federal Judges the harm to the poor owner of the infringed intellectual is not as great as the harm that will be caused to the rich infringer, if the rich infringer is not allowed to continue to infringe the poor parties intellectual property rights. can we get Pure Fishing, Inc. to comment on this? Oh yeah, that case is the one that ruined Leo. As a result of that case, The court declared Leo to be a pauper, forced him into bankruptcy, and liquidated his estate, which later sold for a paltry $7,000. And let's not forget the $969,751.81 that the court awarded to Pure Fishing in damages.

The Cook County Court records that Pure Fishing Lawyers Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred are defendants in a 100 million dollar defamation law suit. Further the records indicate that an amended complaint was filed naming Pure Fishing.
Further the court records indicate that he has "never" paid any attorney fee award and that he is not collectable, but he is currently suing over 50 attorneys

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
