COURT HEARING TODAY TO DISQUALIFY ILLINOIS ASSOCIATE Judge Naomi H. Schuster

CHICAGO-(AEAE)- A HEARING IS SET TODAY TO MOVE FOR THE DISQUALIFICATION OF ILLINOIS ASSOCIATE JUDGE Judge Naomi H. Schuster . Judge Schuster was assigned to hear the disqualification of Illinois Circuit Court Judge Gerald Bender. However her own bias and prejudice was evidenced at the very first hearing on May 27, 2010 when for no apparent reason insisted that the hearing to disqualify Judge Bender take place on a date and time in which Stoller had another hearing before Judge Preston. A motion for Substitution of Judge (SOJ) was immediately filed. The hearing is set for this morning. Will Judge Schuster recuse herself or will a hearing have to be set to substitute a Judge for a Judge who was suppose to hear the first substitution of judge motion? Stay tuned.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
