CHICAGO-(AEAE)-COURT HEARINGS ARE SCHEDULED TODAY BEFORE ILLINOIS CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES ELMER TOLAMIRE. Request for extensions of time, with a heavy Appellate Briefing schedule. Additional time is being requested on trial schedules.
An Appeal was filed today of Judge Schuster's June 15, 2010 decision. It is customary for State Circuit Court Judges to favor the side that has a attorney representing it and to disfavor the side that is pro se or is not represented by an attorney. Appellate courts on the other hand read briefs and made their decisions based upon legal arguments and not on what attorney is representing what party or if no attorney is representing a party. oh thats funny. let me write your bio:
Leo Stoller a person of obvious mental instability is currently posing as an expert in something. He is well hated by not only trial judges but the Justices of various appellate courts. He has been barred from more then one appeals court in recent years. He has shown his respect for the law by being jailed for contempt of court. Of the various appeals he has filed he has never won one of them on the merits. Most have been determined to be frivolous. He has been barred from filing anything in the federal district court. He is ridiculed by all all who are litigators as he attempts to suggest that he is in the same business.

On a personal level his family considers him scum, his children are changing thier names, his ex wife ridicules his inability to perform sexually. He lives in an old wharehouse, friendless and filthy.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation
