DOCTOR CONVICTED OF OVER PERSCRIBING DRUGS STARING AT LIFE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A DOCTOR WAS CONVICTED IN FEDERAL COURT THIS WEEK FOR OVER PERSCRIBING DRUGS TO HIS PATIENTS. Four of whom died. The question is should he be sued in civil court for mal practice or should he get life in a Federal Prision for murder? It is unfortunate that four people died but the doctor did not intentionally kill anyone. Secondly it is impossible to determine affirmately if the perscriptions killed these people or if there were other cause. It does not seem fair or reasonable according to a law professior that a Doctor should be spending the rest of his life in jail for medical malpractice.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
