CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IT WILL HAPPEN TO EVERY successful business sooner or later. A less successful company will come along and sue for infringement. Without the proper expert the sucessful company will go out of business. Facebook, the popular social networking site, may soon be squaring off in federal court against claims the site's design infringes on a patent filed several years before Facebook was launched in 2004. Plaintiff Cross Atlantic Capital Partners claims it holds the rights to a patent for an Internet-based "community for users with common interests to interact in" that was invented in 2000. If the suit succeeds, Facebook could be ordered to pay millions in damages and maybe face an injunction that could shut the site down. Facebook May Face Patent Challenge in Federal Court

What was with the donate button, fat boy? Kind of sick of eating off the dollar menu or need some cash for a criminal defense attorney? And yet you were already referred for investigation of perjury to the U.S. Attorney for lying to get pauper status. Probably makes it hard to claim you need a court-ordered attorney to defend you in criminal matters. Great job, fat ass-- your IQ is the only thing lower than your belt size.
