WASHINGTON — (AEAE)- A Justice Department prosecutor killed himself while under investigation over whether he and other attorneys in the prosecution of Sen. Ted Stevens acted improperly in the case, officials said.

Nicholas A. Marsh, 37, committed suicide on Sunday, two years after being part of the Justice Department team that convicted Stevens on corruption charges that were eventually thrown out. Marsh's suicide was confirmed by his lawyer, Robert Luskin

Supreme Court of the Untied States denies Stoller petition without comment!

This was the big one this was the petion he filed from the 7th circuit court of appeals decsion fuind him to be a fraud and also imposing a bar to doing anything in federal court as a sanction for perjury.

You hit a grand slam in being found to be perjuring scum-- the U.S. Supreme Court, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court all seem to be in agreement that they wouldn't lift up their robes to piss on you even if you were on fire.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
