CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A SERIES FO CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA, WELLS FARGO AND CITI BANK FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD. Bank of America's stock has fallen 21% so far for the year making it the biggest loser of the Dow Jones. The law firm of Bryan Cave has been charged in a Chicago Civil Racketeering lawsuit with aiding and abiding Bank of America commit fraud on a foreclosed party. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
