Good God, Leo, get a grip. You didn't have the brains to get into law school and you are the worst pro se litigant ever. EVER. You've spent more days in jail than in the courtroom. You might want to sue the career counselor who suggested that frivolous lawsuits were a viable career path. Perhaps you would be better off considering a career in the fast-food or day-labor industries. Good God, man, anything is better than spending your nights wondering if the hillbilly in the cage next door is going to turn you into the cellblock's Homecoming Queen.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
