CHICAGO-(AEAE)-AFTER 22 YEARS ON THE CITY OF CHICAGO DOLL, RICHARD M. DALEY RETIRED AS THE WORST MAYOR IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD. DALEY LEFT THE CITY OF CHICAGO OVER 700 MILLION IN DEBT. Daley left the Chicago Board of Education in over 700 million dollars in debt. Daley Sold the Chicago parking meters for a billion and half dollars and spent the money in a year and a half. Daley left a privite parking company to charge $5.00 per hour for parking. The highest in the nation. So where is this total loser now? Were else. The University of Chicago just hired Daley to help promote "broader efforts to promote studies on urban policy and the future of cities." Everyone in Chicago is stating that former Major Richard M. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
