Former Cook County Judge Allen Goldberg charged with Evading Service of Process

CHICAGO-(AEAE) Former Cook County Judge Allen Goldberg, who is now an Arbitrator at Jams, has been charged with issuing a fraudulent arbitration award in a DuPage County Law suit.
His co-defendants Jams and Michael McCantas are attempting to evade service of process.
One expert said, "If Allen Goldberg is not guilty of issing a fraudulent arbitration award, why then is he attempting to evade the jurisdiction of the Illinois DuPage County Court.
Jams is an arbitration association which was set up to resolve disputes through arbitration. Defendant Jams is also attempting to evade service of process.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
