GOOGLE INC 'S ATTORNEY MICHAEL T. ZELLER MAKES DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO BLOCK STOLLER'S APPEAL OF GOOGLE DECISION

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-GOOGLE INC'S ATTORNEY MICHAEL T. ZELLER HAS MADE A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO BLOCK STOLLER'S APPEAL OF JUDGE VIRGINIA KENDELL'S DECISION IN THE GOOGLE INC., CASE TO THE SEVENTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS. Two years ago Illinois Northern District Judge Virginia Kendell who was just appointed to the bench, ruled against Stoller. Stoller appealed and reversed her. Now Judge Kendell has ruled against Stoller again. Stoller has appealed. Google's attorney Michael T. Zeller who is famous for his ability to concoct outragious defenses when Zeller has a client who can pay any amount demanded to create and obfuscate . Stoller made a great record before Judge Kendell who ruled that "Stoller made no cognizable argument." Judge Kendell could not understand Stoller's argument the last time she ruled in favor of Google Inc. The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals did not buy the great Zeller's Appeal brief last time and Stoller is confident that he will reverse Judge Kendell again and Zeller's knows it. Consequently Zeller's last desperate attempt to block Stoller in forma pauperis Notice to the Court. This is what makes America jurisprudence so much fun, that a single individual with the knowledge of the law can be equal to an 80 billion dollar company and defeat that company under the law because we are all "equal".
SIDEBAR- So what did Stoller do Friday and Saturday--Stoller spent the time preparing his motions in appeals courts and in his divorce proceeding and researching the law on certain felonies. Stoller spend 1/2 this summer in the Cook County Jail for the Publication of articles on his former blog. Stoller is still facing indirect criminal charges and a possible sentence of 6 months in the Cook County Jail for publishing Speech on his blog. Stoller learned after 40 years in the litigation business that a person can go to jail for "nothing". Stoller spent the week-end preparing to file felony charges against the people who are responsible for Stoller's false arrest and false Imprisionment. Stay tuned within the next few weeks Stoller expects charge his opponents with several felonies carring 3-5 years in prision. Litigation is War, Weclome to the Front!

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. For those of you new to Stoller's rantings or unable to untangle his convoluted English, here's the translation of Stoller's above post:

1. Stoller considers an appeal where the Seventh Circuit slammed him with a $10,000 sanction and barred from filing any papers in any court within the Seventh Circuit for over a year to be a "win."

2. When Stoller talks about having to proceed in forma pauperis, he is saying that he is so broke that he can't afford to pay even modest court filing fees. Yet, here is Stoller crowing about that fact as though it too were a good thing for him. Right now, the Seventh Circuit is also having Stoller investigated to determine if he made false financial statements under oath.

3. Stoller's long history of dishonest conduct already has led him into bankruptcy and resulted in jail time, court orders declaring him to be a vexatious litigant, court awards of more than a million dollars against him and a reputation as a joke. So his often repeated predictions of victory in the future can only be regarded as delusional. The more likely outcome is yet more sanctions against him, more court orders slamming him as the dishonest con man that he is and perhaps even more jail time for Stoller.

I have heard that this country's most famous lawyers, governmental officials, judges, come to Stoller's site each day why would you want to say such nasty things about Stoller Anon? Got to love how dim-witted Stoller is. One can tell his comments on this blog where he poses as others by the fact they are colored blue. Yet Stoller is either oblivious to this or too stupid to change it. Oh, yeah, they also are given away by their unique brand of Stoller incoherence and lack of familiarity with even elementary school level spelling and grammar. So, Stoller, don't hurt yourself trying to mask your comments by figuring out how to avoid coloring them blue. Your inanity and delusional qualities will always shine right through anyway.

You have to read Stoller's new 375 page book that just came out titled JUICE FOR PEANUTS, it was his prison diary and life memoir.
When he was young, he lived above his Dad's jewelry store located at 3801 West Chicago Ave, Chicago, Illinois. In the 50's his neighborhood happened to be,according to his book, a popular hang out for the Chicago mob, for which he was not very proud of. Those guys, in Stoller's opinion were the scum of the earth and Stoller to this day, despies any TV or Films which glorify OC....
