What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

dad has me in college. i got a A in Intro to Micro Computers last semester. i got a B in Adobe and Photoshop. last semester. i am now taking chorus, drawing, advanced adobe and a 35mm photography class, 10 hours. dad takes me to karate three times a week, just like he use to, Monday, wed and Fridays 7 to 9 pm. i have a good life. dad has taught me to get around the city on my own. we live in a nice neighborhood only 1 block from lake Michigan. you took my dad from me. you knew that i love dad. while he was gone you mad me sleep on a floor 3 nights a week. you did not teach me anything. you would not even give me a key to the house. you were trying to put me in a home to prevent me from seein dad. you said i would never graduate from college. i am on track to graduate from junior college in 2013. then dad will get me into a senior college where i will get my bachelors degree. you would have kept me in a special home for retarded kids. i still love you anyway. i just don want to see you until i graduate from from college. i take my medicine despite the fact that dad told me you canceled my insurance. i see my therapist every week. my life has never been better since i got my dad back. mom i think about you every night and wish that we could all still be a family. i know that you read dads blog and i just wanted to let you no that i'm ok and that i love you very much

If you think that your phone is going to ring with the voice of someone who you want to hear from. Think again. you will "never" hear from that person again'. Is that "transparent" enough for you. Stay off of this "blog" is that "transparent" enough for you. That person was told not to attempt to communicate with you on this blog ever again, is that "transparent" enough for you. Stay out of our lives, stay away from us forever, is that "transparent" enough for you! The law suit(s) against you are dropped because we don't want to ever have to look at you face again in a court fromm. The thought of not ever having to deal with you again was worth 100 times more than the pleasure of suing you. WeI have everything that we ever wanted now and we are completely happy without ever having to deal with you again or anyone associated with you. Anyone who removes a disable person off of a medical insurance policy his therapist said, "Justified 'never" seeing again! "Is that transparent enough for you!
