WAHINGTON-DC-(AEAE) A HIGHLY PLACED GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF CIBER SURVELLANCE PROGRAM, DISCOVERED that he also was on a more secret governmental cyber surveillance list. Can you believe that the Government has set up surveillance programs of individual social networking sites, blogs and web sites? Can you believe that the FBI, DEA, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, NSA etc all have cyber surveillance programs observing all web sites, social media and blogs. Can you believe that they all have large rooms with hundreds of computer screens trained to targeted web sites 24 hours a day.
One legal expert said, “governmental cyber snooping maybe a violation of a person's fourth amendment protection against unlawful search and seizure.” But don't believe him.
