WASHINGTON-(AEAE)-A FIRE STORM HAS ERUPTED INITIATED BY THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT NOW SEEKING TO ISSUE A PETITION TO RECALL WASHINGTON STATE GOVERNOR CHRIS GREOGIRE. Although the petitions being secretly circulated in the state of Washington seeking sufficient signatures to force Governor Chris Greogire from office, do not state that Gov. Greogire position on homosexual marriage is not the central issue for recalling the Washington State Governor, a spokesman for Gov. Greogire stated that “the Governor now believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman and that Chris Greogire will up herself, some of her same sex friends, so as not to even create the impression of any impropriety. After the announcement Gov. Greogire poll numbers shot up among the religious right.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
