GUIDE TO YOUNG ATTORNEY DRESS CODE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ACCORDING TO A RECENT SURVEY THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUNG ATTORNEYS IS CHANGING. According to a young fashion designer who has associated himself with numerous law schools, it is now OK for young lawyers to wear jeans and T-shirts to court. Even woman lawyers with T-shirts have been sucessful in court room hearings like never before. It gives a casual appearance and makes their clients feel at ease.
It has become more acceptable for lawyers to wear tattos also. However, it is recommended that the tattoos should have a legal theme such as the "scales of justice." With over 30% of the U.S population wearing tattoos, including Barak Obama, young attorneys are better able to relate to these tattooed clients, if they too have full blown "sleeve" tattoos covering their arms and tattos on their face and necks, according to a young attorney who also owns a well known tattoo parlor here in Chicago.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
