It feels like yesterday that we were wishing everyone a happy 2009 Thanks Giving.

Please tell us where the year has gone, where has the last five years gone?

Is president Regan still in office? What happened to Clinton, wasn't he in office for 8 years?

Wasn't Bush in office for 8 years too?

Obama, the first Muslin president didn't he just get elected? 1/2 his of his term is over?

Come on you're kidding? Tomorrow we will be celebrating Thanks Giving 2011?

However let's just be gratefull for today for we do not know how many of us will in fact be lucky enough to celebrate our next Thanks Giving. There is not enough room to list all of those who celebrated Thanks Giving in 2009 that are not here today with us.

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation
