JUDGE HIBBLER HEARING

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SUNDAY-OCTOBER 4TH, 2009-A COURT HEARING IS SET FOR TUESDAY, OCT 6TH 2009 BEFORE ILLINOIS DISTRICT COURT JUDGE HIBBLER. Judge Hibbler issued a decision granting Stoller's Opponent motion to dismiss. Stoller has filed a motion for reconsideration, having "never" been served with the motion to dismiss. Judge Hibbler is being asked to "vacate" his order dismissing Stoller's appeal from a decision issued by Bankruptcy Judge Jack Schemetterer. Stay tuned...

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
