ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT GRANTS STOLLER\'S MOTION TO FILE HIS REPLY BRIEF INSTANTER

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ON MARCH 31, 2010 THE ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT GRANTED STOLLER'S MOTION TO FILE HIS REPLY BRIEF INSTANTER. On Nov. 25, 2008, an ex parch order of protection was issued against Stoller prohibiting him from publishing speech on his then blog rentamarkblog.com Eventually Stoller was unlawfully found guilty of publishing speech on his blog in violation of the U.S. Supreme Court findings in Janet Reno v. The American Civil Liberties Union, which stated that a party has a first amendment right to publish on the Internet. Spending 37 days in the Illinois Cook County Jail in maximum security Division 10 Cell 1306.

Stoller has Appealed the Order of Protection that was unlawfully issued on Nov. 25, 2008. The Illinois Appellate on March 31, 2010 granted his motion to file his Reply Brief Instanter. Stoller is confident that he will convince the Illinois Appellate Court to reverse Illinois Divorce Judge Carol K. Bellows unlawful and unconstitutional Nov 25, 2008 Protective Order.

The distructive Impact of "sick" decision making

Sweetie you think your decision of July 2, 2005 solved your "sick" problem(s), you just trade one set of "sick" problems for another much larger set will result in your own legal and economic distruction, because it will "never" end and the momentum is building inch by inch, day by day.
That last "sick" pleading that your buddy attorney just filed will cost you another $10,000 grand and will result in sanctions being issued against you and her, maybe jail time, we will see....

I've been out delivering baskets all night, it's such a glorious day. Just think, families will be gathering everywhere all the different generations coming together to laugh, talk, eat and love. What will you be doing Leo? Sitting in the warehouse imagining that anyone cares what you do? all alone? Realizing you have no family? That you may only have a few Easters left? Leo got a bunny rabbit for Easter once. He sued it, then lost on the pleadings and was ordered to pay sanctions.
