CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) an attorney ethics watch group filed a attorney disciplinary complaint today against Illinois Attorney Mary T. Griffin, James A. Hochman and Richard Wachtel, charging them with professional misconduct, fraud, conspiracy and making misstatements of material fact or law to a Judge. The charges were filed with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) www.iardc.org . Mary T. Griffin works for the law firm of www.kelleherbuckley.com/ . James A. Hochman is employed by the law firm http://www.comananderson.com/ Richard Wachtel is employed by the Office of State Guardian – Illinois. AEAE has been in the business of rating attorneys since 1974. In the opinion of AEAE Mary T, Griffin who serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem, James A. Hochman who practices real estate law, and Richard Wachtel, who acts as a guardian for disabled persons on behalf of the Illinois Office of State Guardian have brought the legal profession in disrepute, are unfit to practice law and should be disbarred from the practice of law. Illinois Attorney Michael Gauthier and his partner are charged with knowledge of the misconduct allegations and doing nothing about.
