CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE PETER FLYNN has been assigned to hear the motion for substitution of Judge Mary Ann Mason. The charge was made that she is a bias and prejudice judge and that it was impossible to get a fair hearing before her. that motion was sent out to be heard by Judge Flynn. Judge Flyn has set a briefing schedule and a hearing date in July.

Ceasor invited his Ex-Wife and her lawyer to the the coliseum to make the announcement.
They did not want to come.
Ceasor sent for them.
After they made the announcement, the crowd was horrified by what they saw. But the next day the attendance in the coliseum doubled.
The crowd loved it.

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
