CHICAGO-(AEAE)-STOLLER CHARGED WITH ATTORNEY LAURA MYERS AND HER CLIENTS WITH INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT. In a hearing before Illinois DuPage County Judge thomas Dudgeon today he set a briefing schedule. Attorney Laura Myers has 14 days to respond to Stoller petition. Stoller has 14 days to reply. Judge Dudgeon denied Laura Myers Motion for reconsideration.

Kinder words have "never" been spoken...I am the Judge...and don't you ever forget that...I decree you quilty and sentence you to custody of the Du Page County Department of Corrections...the rest will do you good...there you can tell everybody why your there and who put you there...

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
