ILLINOIS HAS THE HIGHEST UNLAWFUL CONVICTIONS FOR CAPITAL CRIMES

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE INNOCIENTS PROJECT RELEASED FINDINGS THAT Illinois had the highest unlawful conviction rate for capitol crimes in the country. Over 6% of the persons convicted in Illinois since the 70's have been found innocent through DNA tests and other tests. These are individuals who were on death roll waiting to be executed. Later these individuals were set free. On person was only 24 hours from his execution when he luckily received a stay and was later released. The Project director recommends that the prosecutors become civily liable in the same way that doctors and lawyers are for mal practice in capitol cases.

I was thinking maybe you feel that by acting civil and copying interesting articles evryday that you could show the sentencing judge what a good guy you are, how you have reformed, etc. Bon't worry despite your best efforts to protect your site a couple of divorce lawyers have copied every disgusting daily blog you have published over the past three years, those are all going to the US Attorney and to the probation dept, and to pre trial services and those lawyers are already agreeing to testify in aggravation at the sentencing heraing.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
