ILLINOIS JUDGE McGRAPH ORDERS BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AND BANK OF AMERICA DEFENDANTS TO ANSWER COMPLAINT

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN A HEARING ON THRUSDAY IN CHICAGO COOK COUNTY DALEY CENTER COURT HOUSE, JUDGE McGRAPH ordered the defendants in the Stoller v. Bank of New York Mellon and Bank of America to file their responses to the complaint in 30 days. Despite the fact that all of the parties were in fact served with summons while the case was transferred to the Northern District of Illinois. The Bryan Cave LLP senior partner Steven R. Smith denied in open court with a court reporter present that "all of the parties were not served with summons!" Bryan Cave LLP have rejected all settlement offers by the plaintiff and Steven R. Smith told Leo Stoller ,"that he intended to get his client fees!" Stoller responded that in 45 years of litigation that he "has never paid the opposing side's fees dispite what has been written about Stoller in the Newspapers and on the Internet!" Smith insisted that he would be the first party in 45 years to get his client's attorney fees from Stoller!" What do you think? Comments are welcome.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. Even if Stoller is ordered to pay the other side's fees, we all know he won't do it. He has pleaded pauper status when it comes to paying the required fees to the court. He filed for bankruptcy in 2005 when someone filed a countersuit against his vexatious copyright suits. In a January 27, 2009 Court of Appeals document, Stoller declares that his monthly income is only $589 from Social Security, and that he had to borrow $10,000 to pay a fine to the Cour of Appeals. And he was sanctionend and placed under investigation by the courts, when, after claiming indigency, he somehow came up with a $455 court fee. Stoller is a manipulative liar, who uses the courts to his own advantage.

Isn't America a great place.
Even the poorest church mouse can go up against the biggest crooks.
We must all celebrate this 4th of July knowing that we can sue those rich bastards on the 5th and know that the church mouse will "never" have to pay their fees!
