These court dates all end the same. Leo files a ludicrous petition. The judge denies it. Leo says the judge is biased and out to get him, and moves for a substitution of judge. The next judge denies the motion and sets a date for the original petition. Leo files an appeal and demands another substitution of judge.

In litigation, winning is not always defined by a judge writing a favorable order. It's defined by one's oponent throwing in the towl!
