TOI HUTCHINSON IS "UNFIT" TO SERVE CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN THE OPINION OF THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS AEAE, a attorney and governmental watch dog group, since 1974, has issued an opinion that Illinois State Senator Toi Hutchinson is “unfit” to lead. Ms. Hutchinson is sponsoring a “specious” bill to impose a $5 per person “skin” tax on every person who enters a strip club in Illinois. The reason AEAE issues the “unfit” pronouncement on Ms. Hutchinson is not because she is purposing to tax persons entering strip joints but because she has used and is known to use " specious arguments" (a fraudulent premise) in order to sell her bills to the public. In this instance Hutchinson completely misleads the public in her feeble attempt to justify her Bill, by stating that the proceeds from the new tax will help “rape” victims. As if there is any correlation as between people visiting a strip club and rape victims. This is a classic specious argument - an argument that appears good at first view but is really fallacious. When any politician attempts to persuade the public with a “specious argument” to get a bill passed AEAE will call that politician out as “unfit”. to serve. The public has a "right" to know who in the opinion of a 38 year old ethics organization is deemed unfit to serve and not vote for them when they come up for reelection, in that case, it is clearly Illinois State Senator Toi Hutchinson. "Who appears to be cut from the same "bad" cloth that the incompetent, irrational and other "BAD" Illinois Senator Carol Moseley Braun, was cut from," according to Nobel Price Laureate and Professor of History Harold Goldenshalf.
