INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CHARGES FILED AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, BRYAN CAVE LLC AND MILES, BAUER BERGSTROM & WINTERS LLC

PHOENIX-(AEAE)-A NEW ROUND OF INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED TODAY AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, OFFICERS AND THEIR LAW FIRMS OF BRIAN CAVE LLC AND MILES BAUER, BERGSTROM & WINTERS LLP (Respondents). According to court papers the allegations again, consist of the Respondents conspirating to defraud property owners out of their homes by engaging in mortgage foreclosure fraud, failing to notify land owners of "fixed" Trustee sales of their property without any prior lawful notice. Which is consistent with an FBI study finding that 80% of mortgage foreclosure fraud was driven by the banks. Of course the respondents deny the charges and have been seen laughing their asses off.

It is impossible to believe that any mal practice attorney insurance carrier would possibly consider insuring the law firms of Miles, Bauer, Bergstrom & Winters LLP or the firm of Brian Cave LLC, Steven R. Smith or his bag man attorney Michael Werich, all of who have been sued a 1/2 dozed times with the last year and have numerous suits still pending and have been seen laughing their asses off.

Next Tuesday they will all be presented with the "Laughing my ass off Awards." The respondents do not take it serously when they are charged with defrauding home owners out of their property because they believe that the District Court Judges will not take it seriously either.
