INSURANCE COMPANY REFUSES TO PAY ATTORNEY FEES IN A TRADEMARK CASE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN THESE TOUGH TIMES INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE REFUSING TO PAY THE LARGE FEES THAT ATTORNEYS ARE CHARGING TO HANDLE COMPLICATED LEGAL MATTERS LIKE TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT CASES. A lawsuit brought by Elderhostel Inc. against Zurich American Insurance Co. alleging breach of an insurance policy is an example of increasingly common coverage disputes between companies that wage pricey trademark battles and their insurance carriers. Elderhostel initially sued Zurich in Suffolk Superior Court in Massachusetts on May 6 over the insurance company's refusal to reimburse it for nearly $967,000 in legal fees and costs to fight a trademark case. Zurich removed the case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Aug. 25.

Hey Leo you were dead on man. She is a lesbian. So is Julie. They seem to be quite close. I had a really great time today after lunch, of course I ate at the Y for deconds and thirds. So did they.

He never said any where that she is a lesbian. A psychiatrists, after her evaluation, stated that she may be.
The fact that a woman perfers the company of other women to men and uses men for what ever she can get out of a man and then will despose of that man like a used diaper, does not necessarily make that woman a lesbian. Even if whe was a lesbian who cares. Today lesbians are accepted like "normal" people in California and other places like that.
So what's the big deal that she is a "lesbian."
A lot of other woman in Hollywood are lesbians. Lesbians have rights, they can vote and even get married in some states.
It is only "sick" people with who believe in God, the religious right, who claim to have moral fiber, that assert that lisbians are, morally depraved, deeply disturbed people.

On the other hand there are a lot well developed, normal people who love go to porno sites and like to watch lisbians inter act together. They argue there is nothing wrong with a beautiful "lisbian" in action!
Lisbians are good for the Internet, they help to build traffic!
