CHICAGO-(AEAE)-Joseph A Stack, a software engineer, flew his small single-engine Piper Cherokee aircraft into the Echelon building in north Austin, which houses the offices of the Internal Revenue Service — the US tax collection service — shortly before 10am Thursday. In a lengthy manifesto posted on a website he administered, he recounted his numerous struggles with the IRS and concludes: “I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.” One writer in response wrote, “Sounds like to me that Joe Stack finally got fed up with all of the thefts and intrusions done to him and many other people by the IRS and he just took matters into his own hands. I think Joe should be remember as a hero not as a criminal. I believe that the real criminals here are the IRS themselves.” “Any government who deprives its citizens of “due process” can expect its citizens to act similarly,” wrote one person. In a lengthy manifesto posted on a website Joseph A. Stack administered, he recounted his numerous struggles with the IRS and concludes: “I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.” They are calling Mr. Stack “an IRS martyr.” The only question left is “Whether Mr. Stack is with 78 virgins tonight?”

Prison is not a dating service, Mr. Stoller. Please stop trying to arrange meet-and-greets with potential new cellmates.

Ah, Stoller's now racheted up to veiled threats to go postal. What a shocker. Go ahead and go yourself in Stoller. No one will mourn. In any event, all of us know you are not man enough to do it. But if you can man up and do the right thing, just try to avoid taking anyone with you, clown.

Why worry about tomorrow, shall we stew about it now?
Shall we say, It is no use, give it up, throw in the towel?
Why worry about tomorrow, will it bring us health and gain?
Or shall we wake up in the morning, in poverty and pain?
Why worry about tomorrow, whatever comes our way?
We've got all that we can handle just to make it through today.
Who of us by worrying can add a single hour to our life?

Playing it safe is not certain
Safe hurts
Zero risk gets zero gain
Playing it safe costs more
In not fighting the war,
it is lost

You were told that if you did
anything to offend
it would never end
But Your recalcitrant
attitude will cost you in the end

You have made a career
out of abusing men
But this time you
are being held accountable
for your unlawful use and abuse

This time your unlawful use and abuse
may cost you all that
you have previously gained

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation

The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

“[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
