CHICAGO-(AEAE)-COMMENTARY- FORMER PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER, 85, who has been known for never holding a punch and saying what he feels at the cost of putting his foot in his mouth. Jimmy Carter who won the 1976 election as merely a back lash to the Nixon/Ford error of corruption. In the same fashion as the movement that put a muslin president Barak Obama into office in 2008. Everyone who was alive in the 70's will recall when Carter stated in a Playboy intervene how he “lusted for women”! That comment did not help support his preacher style of “holier than thou” image. However the democratic president has not ever let his fans down for saying the most outrageous statements. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
