Chicago- The Americans for the Enforcement of Judicial Ethics (AEJE), a judicial ethics watch dog group since 1974, that advocates the strict enforcement of Judicial Ethics (AEJE) has rated Judge Daniel B. One member of AEJE witnessed Judge Daniel B. Shanes sentence a person to prison for 8 years that Judge Daniel B. Shane knew or should have known had been declared mentally incompetent and was un fit to even stand trial.

Former prosecutors generally make the worst judges, because they no longer have the constitution in their way, when dealing with a person who is charged with a crime. All prosecutors believe that each person that is charged with a crime is guilty of that crime and should good to jail for the maximum amount of time, whether or not the person charged with that crime is guilty or not.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
