JUDGE FINDS VIRGINITY TESTING UNCONSTITUTIONAL

HOLLYWOOD-(AEAE)-IN A DECISION TODAY A CALIFORNIA JUDGE HAS FOUND VIRGINITY TESTING TO BE UNCONSTITUTIONAL. In an action filed by the Screen Actors Guild in response to Director Steven Spielberg demand that young women trying out for his sequel to ET establish their virginity prior to trying out for several rolls in the ET sequel with a Virginity test. In the ruling by the California Judge, he stated that “it was a violation of the civil rights of the women to force them to provide proof of their virginity prior to trying out for parts in a film and anyway there are No virgins in Hollywood .”

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
