JUDGE RULES WOMAN CAUSED HER OWN RAPE

CALIFORNIA-(AEAE)-A CALIFORNIA JUDGE TODAY RULED IN A RAPE CASE THAT A WOMAN WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR HER OWN RAPE BECAUSE SHE DRESSED LIKE A SLUT. Woman's groups howled and protested that they can dress like sluts if they want and not expect to have men forcibly rape them and get away with it. Another Judge in a rape case in San Fancisco ruled that when the rape victim said "No" it was obvious from her attire that she meant "yes" dismissing that rape case as well. That judge blamed the women's movement on the substantial increase of frivolous rape cases coming before his bench. The judge was later sanctioned by the judicial board for stating that he "under todays standards could have been charged with raping his girl friend 43 years ago before she became his wife." They have been happily married ever since and he "still makes love to her when she says NO!"

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
