CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS COOK COUNTY JUDGE TALIMIRE TO HEAR PETITION FOR FILING "INDIRECT" Criminal Contempt Citation.
In another Indirect Contempt matter which Stoller brought to the attention of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals regarding Lance G. Johnson. Johnson filed his response to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals accusing Stoller of making misstatements. However Stoller has identified, what is in his opinion a clear violation of Rule 3.3(a) making a mistatement of material fact to a tribunal which will generate another attorney disciplinary complaint against him and David Abrams and Alfred Goodman with the D.C. Bar.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
