JUSTICE STEVENS TO RETIRE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-U-S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has announced his retirement after 34 “fast” years. Stevens notified President Barack Obama in a letter to the White House Friday morning. His retirement will be effective one day after the Court rises for the summer recess this year.
SIDEBAR: On more than one occasional when the entire Supreme when against Stoller, Justice Stevens descented. Justice Stevens will be missed. For the last two days I been battling in several courts and my time was completely taken 24/7 to preserve my freedom and to build counter claims against my opponents for their “frivolous” filings. Your people have just set you up for "two" more malicious prosecution lawsuits. When I told you that I would sue you for the rest of my life, I never dreamed that you and your people would be so generous with handing me endless valid grounds to base an never ending series of lawsuits against you and them. Thursday they handed me two and you signed them. Can't beat that with a stick, You and your people never fail to disappoint me. For years I could tell you wanted to become a “defendant”. To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
