Every well known person has a right to protect their image, voice from being unlawfully used by another for profit. This is known as the right to Publicity. However, Karashian's lawsuit charging that Old Navy cannot use a female model in ther commericals because she resembles Kardashian brings a new meaning to frivolous. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law.
