WASHINGTON-(AEAE)- LANCE G. JOHNSON, THE ATTORNEY WHO HAS BEEN DODGING SERVICE OF PROCESS OF A CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CITATION PENDING IN COOK COUNTY AGAINST HIM BY STOLLER HAS NOW MOVED TO FILE A JUDICIAL NOTICE BEFORE THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT IN ORDER TO PREJUDICE THEM AGAINST STOLLER. Judge Brown issued a early report in a matter involve Stoller regarding a pauperis petition. Lance G. Johnson has now filed that report before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in the Form of a Judicial Notice. In Stoller response, he has reminded the Federal Circuit Court that Lance G. Johnson might as well be a fugitive in that he has refused to waive service of process of the "Criminal" contempt citation dispite the fact that his office has received copies of the citation and he has even down loaded a copy of the citation from this blog. Lance G. Johnson knows that he is charge with criminal contempt in Illinois but will not willing face the charges. Any one who has information on where Lance G. Till such time a legitimate prosecuting authority elects to charge Mr. Johnson, he is not charged with anything. A "brilliant" legal mind like you allege to be should understand the difference between making an allegation with no basis in fact (yours) and someone actually being the subject of a criminal complaint by law enforcement authorities.

It is also interesting that a guy who calls himself "the nation's most renowned Legal Ethics and Intellectual Property Entrepreneur" claims to be a pauper.

Really, Leo? You put up a picture of Lance Johnson with your bogus $25,000 reward when you are being investigated by the U.S. Attorney for perjury. Not pauper status. P-E-R-J-U-R-Y.

Either you really are that stupid or you are at least sane enough to understand your whole life has always been a lost cause. (Probably both.)

It's only a guess, but Lance Johnson is probably busy at work. Probably at his office. You know, there have been a lot of attorneys who have taken the time and effort to detail your lies and frauds upon the courts and individuals.
And now the courts want you to answer for your piles and piles of lies.

To error is human to forgive is divine..judge not less ye be judged...is not a party inoncient until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt..do we not have the best legal system in the world? Fear not from judgment if "no" crime was committed, but if a "crime" has been committed one can expect to pay...May the gods keep you free, unless of course your guilty
